Follow the directions below to track your order.
Locating the Widget
- Locate the Widget:
- Look for the support widget, the small blue chat bubble in the bottom left hand corner of your screen.
- Click on the Widget:
- Click on the widget icon to open the chat window.
Tracking you Order
- Select the Appropriate Option:
- Within the chat widget, you will be prompted with several options. Look for “Track my order” and click on that option.
- Enter Your Order Details:
- You will be asked to enter specific information to track your order, such as your order number, email address, or other identifying details.
- View Order Status:
- The widget should display the current status of your order. If you need further assistance, you may have the option to chat with a support agent or view additional details.
- Close the Widget:
- Once you've tracked your order and no longer need the widget, you can close it by clicking the "X" or close button in the upper right corner of the widget window.
